Designed for complete pump, motor, and hydrostatic transmission/hydraulic testing, and designed to align with Caterpillar testing procedures, the Model 900C is much more than a standard transmission and hydraulic test bench.

The Model 900C provides a durable and reliable platform for performance testing transmissions, torque converters, gear pumps, vane pumps, hydrostatic pumps, hydraulic motors, cylinders, and valves. Performance testing leads to reduced operating costs due to rebuild errors and the possibility of critical failures in the field. Equipment dealers can realize more profitable maintenance contracts and increased customer satisfaction by utilizing performance testing. Additionally, the Model 900C features an independent closed loop hydrostatic drive for a contamination-free drive system and industrial grade glycerin filled pressure gauges.

The 900C is now available in a fully automated model aptly known as the 900C-FA.  This test stand features dual state-of-the-art display panels for easy to ready outputs and increased personalization. More importantly, the 900C-FA allows for your entire test to be fully automated allowing for precision results over repeated tests. To optimize safety, the fully automated systems encourages operation from a safe distance with shutdown protocols and computer controlled pressure reliefs.

Though Full Automation maximizes efficiency and safety, the 900C-FA can still be operated in manual modes for up close tuning of your hydraulic component systems.
