SUSSEX, WI – Power Test, LLC (“Power Test”), a leading provider of dynamometers and heavy equipment test systems, is pleased to announce the appointment of Deepak Mathur as General Manager, Aftermarket. In his role, Deepak will lead the company’s efforts to strengthen and grow its aftermarket business, including parts, service, and software solutions.

Leading the Aftermarket business, Deepak will collaborate across the organization to execute Power Test’s strategy, with a focus on enhancing the customer experience throughout the full lifecycle of our test equipment. His leadership will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and expanding the long-term value Power Test delivers to its customers.

Deepak brings a strong track record of building and transforming aftermarket operations by launching new services, growing spare parts sales, and increasing operational efficiency. Since 2016, he has held leadership roles in aftermarket strategy and transformation, backed by experience in supply chain, manufacturing, lean initiatives, quality, and continuous improvement.

Prior to joining Power Test, Deepak served as Vice President of Operations and Service – Americas at Fluid Management Inc., IDEX Corporation, where he led a division transformation that increased profitability fivefold and generated significant new service revenue.  He has also held key aftermarket roles at Welbilt Inc., Hillphoenix, and Anthony International.

Deepak holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Bangalore University. A recognized leader, he is a Six Sigma Yellow Belt and an alumnus of Dover Corporation’s Emerging Leader Program. His accomplishments include receiving the Dover Growth & Innovation Award (2016) and the IDEX KEEP Award in both 2022 and 2023.
