Power Test, LLC Appoints Bruce Figi as Vice President of Operations

SUSSEX, WI – Power Test, LLC (“Power Test”), a leading provider of dynamometers and heavy equipment test systems, is pleased to announce the appointment of Bruce Figi as Vice President of Operations. In this role, Bruce will provide strategic leadership across the company’s Safety, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, Purchasing, Planning, and Warehouse functions. He will be responsible for driving operational excellence through improvements in safety, quality, on-time delivery, productivity, supplier performance, inventory management, and customer satisfaction while supporting Power Test’s continued growth and long-term business objectives.

Bruce joins Power Test from a global industrial manufacturing company, where he most recently served as Director of Operations. Throughout his career, he has led operational and engineering teams focused on continuous improvement, manufacturing excellence, and supply chain performance in complex industrial environments.

Bruce earned both his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and his Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Platteville.
