Description

The W-ST Series Water Brake Engine Dyno is built for testing diesel engines in on-highway, construction, mining, power generation, and marine applications. With multiple power capabilities and operational speeds up to 4,000 rpm, the W-ST Series supports testing a broad variety of engines. This trunnion-mounted, fixed-base water brake engine dynamometer is ideal for continuous-duty engine power verification, quality assurance, endurance testing, and certification.

  • Standard testing capacity (tests in duration of 8 hours or less in which 90% of the test must be below the standard testing capacity).
  • Intermittent testing capacity (maximum power @ maximum of 10% of test time with a maximum continuous duration of 10 minutes above standard testing rating).
  • Testing requirements in excess of 8 hours continuous or extended durations above standard hp rating should be evaluated per application.
  • Ratings are based on the Power Test water and system recommendations. Please consult your Power Test sales person for a copy of requirements or any other questions.
