  • PowerNet LT system includes four (4) temperature sensors for engine, oil, fuel, and air; and two (2) oil and fuel pressure sensors.

The LT Control Interface includes temperature sensors for engine, oil, fuel, and air; and oil and fuel pressure sensors. Sensors are in an enclosure on the industrial console and feature a quick disconnect. Information from these sensors and the torque, rpm, and power measurements from the dynamometer automatically save to the computer’s hard drive. For your safety, you can manually operate an emergency stop button on the outside of the console.

The engine throttle and dynamometer load are automatic, ensuring accurate performance of each test step. Simply select a preset template and perform the test. You can configure and store templates and adjust sensor units, ranges, alarm values, test patterns, and languages of display.

User Interface

The PowerNet user interface design offers a wide range of configuration options while remaining easy-to-use. Sensor configuration is achieved through an on-screen menu system that provides a visual representation of each sensor input. Each gauge’s display can show test ranges, have alarm conditions assigned to them, and be customized to desired units. Once an operator has set PowerNet’s gauges to the desired ranges, all testing configurations can be saved to the system’s hard drive and recalled as needed.

The Commander can be configured to automatically store test data at predetermined intervals or the operator can grab data points manually. The Commander can output this data in graphs, tables, and test report forms with your company’s custom logo and address.
