Versatile Transmission Data Acquisition

PowerNet, the trusted name for reliable data acquisition and control systems, is now offering a comprehensive product for automotive transmission testing systems. With full shifting capabilities without the need for an accessory shift cart, this software dramatically improves your testing capabilities in an easy-to-use, modern, software profile.

PowerNet AX utilizes a Windows-based computerized data acquisition system to monitor and record speeds, torque, pressures, temperatures, flow rates and shift events. Beyond these advanced monitoring and recording capabilities, this system allows users to run automated test procedures guaranteed consistent repeatability over time and providing a record of performance parameters over time. The interface is easily configurable with customizable set-points, high/low limits, and generated reports.

What set’s PowerNet AX apart, though, is its advanced ASC Controller add-on designed to control electronically shifted transmission or valve bodies. What previously required an auxiliary shift console, can now be accomplished through your system-mounted data acquisition console eliminating costs, floor-space, and promoting ease of use for your operating technicians.

System Overview

Main Display
Contains the readings for all available visible sensors. Sensor parameters and configurations can be modified from this window and it is used to open and save Templates, DataSpaces, and exit the program.

TD Controller Interface
Provides essential control functions for the dyno. This window identifies active load control mode and the current set-point. Allows users control using the mode buttons and the input box directly from the interface.

Pattern Runner Interface Window
This program interface allows the user to create, load, save, and execute Patterns. Patterns are pre-configured tests that are designed to run in a specific order.

ASC Controller Interface
This add-on program is designed to control electronically shifted transmissions or valve bodies independent of auxiliary shift consoles or control software.

Equipped to Monitors & Record:
